What is Early Pay?

Early Pay is a service that comes with your account. Up to 2 business days early, we will credit your eligible ACH direct deposit of PAYROLL.

 

Why didn’t my payroll deposit 2 days early?

1. Early Pay is processed when an ACH entry comes into the credit union from an employer’s payroll department, which could be in one of several files received from the Federal Reserve throughout the day.  Not all payroll deposits are received before their expected pay day.
2. If you are a Ford Employee with a Payroll Deduction (PRD) deposit, that file does not process through ACH and therefore will continue to be deposited on Thursday.

 

Is there a cost for Early Pay?

No, the service is free.  It is an additional benefit we offer our members.

 

What time can I expect my deposit to post?

Deposits are processed when they come into the ACH system, which could be in one of several files received from the Federal Reserve throughout the day.
